Short version: I’m assuming that you want to play your favorite class, but for big min/maxing I believe the current best race/class combo for general use to be Zandalari Troll or Night Elf Druid - there are many out of bounds skips that can be done, and Demon Hunter is necessary for almost all of them-and your gear will rely on a mixture of Longstrider Azerite and tertiary speed stat.
